At Valise Luggage, we want you to travel with confidence. If your new luggage doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your luggage in its original box, ensuring all protective covers, hangtags, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
